THE LAND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN

MAIN JOSHUA 3:3 “ And they commanded the people, saying, When ye see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it. “

THE LAND NEEDS TO BE HEALED... THE LAND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN BACK FOR JESUS CHRIST... THERE ARE GIANTS THAT HAVE MOVED INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

The children of Israel were moving into take the promise of God. Sometimes you have to by faith move in under the leadership of the Spirit and take that which God has promised.

The Devil’s forces had moved in and squatted upon promised land. The devil will act like he owns something that he as really stolen. This should infuriate the child of God when he tries to steal your promise. He has the world system behind him.

Ephesians 2:2 “ Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

John 16:33 “ These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. “

Jesus is Lord over all. We forget that at times and end up doing like 10 of the first 12 spies did when they went to the edge of the promised land:  Numbers 13:32-33 “ And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, [is] a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it [are] men of a great stature. 33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, [which come] of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight. “

If you look at the monstrosities the devil will lift against you you will be like Peter when he stared at the wind and the waves and started to sink after starting well.

First thing was God led them there at flooding season. Sometimes God takes us out of the comfort zone so we know that it wasn’t our own strength that got us through it.

2 Corinthians 3:4 “ And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency [is] of God; “

Colossians 1:10 “ That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; “

Don’t forget about who is leading you.

THEY CROSSED THE FLOODING JORDAN ON DRY GROUND. THEY FOLLOWED THE ARK OF GOD. THE PRESENCE OF GOD WAS IN THE ARK. WHEN WE FOLLOW THE LEADING OF THE PRESENCE AND SPIRIT OF GOD, WE WILL WALK ON DRY GROUND.

Romans 8:14 " For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Acts 1:8 “ But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. “

They took the cities, they took Jericho because they became strong in the Lord. They obeyed God and walked in the fullness of the Lord. They fulfilled the destiny that God had for them because they believed God for them.

Are you facing your own fortified cities?   Then get full of God and stand in His power and He will let you take what He’s promised you. Don’t let the thief get away with robbing you.... stand against Him with Jesus.

Ephesians 6:13 “ Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. {having...: or, having overcome all}
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;“


Matthew 11:12 “ And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. “
